Assist Security AB is a nationwide installation company with salespeople, installers and service technicians spread across Sweden from Norrbotten in the north to Skåne in the south. We currently have 15 contracted franchisees with close to 100 salespeople, installers and technicians. All administration, purchasing, projecting and product development is carried out at the Company's head office in Piteå under the leadership of Håkan Johansson, CEO, while the sales office in Halmstad is managed by Jörgen Dernbrant.
The Assist chain was founded in 1999 and has experienced considerable success within the electronics sector with major clients such as Sony, Panasonic, Philips and Siba AB. Operations were initially oriented towards the installation of home electronics and antenna systems (covered by the Swedish Association of Antenna & Cable TV Suppliers – CANT), but since 2003 we have focused with Assist Installation AB on the sale, installation and service of alarms, camera surveillance systems, A/V systems and sound applications.
Assist Security AB is a sister-company to Assist Servicekedjan AB. Both are part of the Assist Holding Group which is owned by Håkan Johansson and Jörgen Dernbrant.
Through a close cooperation agreement with the affiliated data development company ETTnoll Design AB, Assist Security AB possesses and maintains holistic skills and expertise within all aspects from the development of new systems to sales, installation and service – making us one of the sector's most comprehensive companies.
